SHIPMENT
We offer flat rate shipping cost on our products.
Worldwide shipping cost: $35
Shipping Times indicated anywhere on AmazingRChobbies.com are 3-5 business days. This means that shipping times do not include Saturday or Sunday. We usually ship within 24 hours following the receipt of an order. We usually ship out via DHL from warehouse in the US and cannot always accommodate orders to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We goal is to ship it out as fast we can.
WARRANTY
We value our relationship with you and assure your satisfaction. Our commitment to you is that you may return any item in their best condition within 10 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Items must be returned to the address below. All packaging must be in good condition.
SALES TAX
All Washington residents will be charged 8.8% sales tax, except for verified resellers. Product returns are subject to 15% return fee, with the exception of manufacture defects. Shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All sales are final after 10 days (no returns or exchanges after 10 days).

ORDER CANCELLATION
Please submit any cancellation via Email, or call at (425) 296 1941.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
